I am currently looking for a room mate which will share a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2500 sq ft heritage house. It is Clean, Safe and very Quiet. The room is on the upper floor (NOT in BASEMENT) and is unfurnished with a shared kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, including heat, hydro and WiFi.
1 person per room only, No Smoking of any kind, No Parties. No pets. It is shared kitchen, laundry and 2 bathrooms, use our WiFi or get your own. Several Bus stops near the house, 10 minutes drive to Douglas College, sky train, Mall, local shops and parks.
Currently 1 clean and bright room is available for rent from $1300 per month.
